Class Highlights:

  • Learn to cut, grind, mix, and stuff two sausage varieties.

  • Take home your homemade sausages.

Participants will be split into two teams, each assigned a variety to create:

  • Classic natural casing Italian sausage

  • Collagen casing breakfast links
